  2. Go to Courses, My courses, or Learning, depending on the interface enabled for your institution.
  3. Select the course to view modules, documents, activities, or assessments.

If an expected course is missing, first make sure you are using the right account, then contact your teacher or your institution's support team.

Take or resume an exam

Available exams usually appear under My exams or inside the relevant course.

  • An upcoming exam is not open yet.
  • An in progress exam may be started or resumed if the exam rules allow it.
  • A completed exam may show results once the teacher publishes them.

View my results

After grading, results may be visible under My exams, in the course detail page, or in a results section.

The availability of grades, comments, and grading grids depends on teacher and institution settings.

See: View results and feedback.

Common issues

Before asking for help, note:

  • the address you used;
  • the course or exam involved;
  • the time of the issue;
  • the exact error message, if any;
  • a screenshot, if your institution allows it.
