Sign-in issues

If you cannot sign in to Nabunam, start with these checks.

Check the address​

Use the address provided by your institution. Avoid searching for Nabunam in a search engine if your school uses a specific address.

Check your credentials​

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address.
  • Check uppercase and lowercase characters in your password.
  • If your institution uses single sign-on, follow the institution's sign-in process.

Forgot your password​

If a Forgot password link is available, use it and follow the email instructions.

If your account is managed through an institutional system, password recovery may happen outside Nabunam.

Browser issues​

Try a recent version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. If needed, clear cache for the site or try a private window.

Contact your teacher or institution support with:

  • the address used;
  • your role;
  • the exact error message;
  • the time of the issue.
