Manage institutions, classes, and groups
Institutions, classes, groups, and courses structure access to content, exams, and results.
Before changing a structure
Check:
- your institution's naming conventions;
- the term or period;
- associated teachers;
- enrolled students;
- exams or courses already attached.
Avoid duplicates
If data comes from an import or synchronization, avoid manually recreating an existing structure.
Duplicates can cause:
- students in the wrong group;
- exams published to the wrong place;
- incomplete results;
- confusing exports.
Correct an issue
If a structure seems incorrect, note:
- its exact name;
- affected users;
- the expected course or group;
- the observed impact.
